Seeking tree climber or groundsperson/trainee. Candidate should either be an experienced tree climber or someone with an interest in learning the trade. We are a small Seattle-based company focused on quality work and we rely solely on our reputation for work, so finding the right fit is important. Employee’s choice of 24 or 32 hours/week. 

We need someone that:

-is on time and reliable
-is able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
-takes instruction and is self-motivated
-has a valid driver’s license 

For experienced climbers:

-must be proficient in up-to-date spurless climbing techniques
-must be able to prune to ANSI standards

For those with little or no experience, it will help if you:
-have an interest in horticulture
-have experience working or playing at height

$24-$50/hr based on experience. 50/50 healthcare option at 32hrs/week.
